To be a fully affiliated member of FCCLA, you must pay $15 to Mrs. Elms or the high school office staff by November 25th, 2016. To break this price down, $9 go to National FCCLA, $2 go to Missouri FCCLA, $3 go to Missouri Region 2 FCCLA, and $1 goes to East Buchanan FCCLA.
